Medicines in Our Backyard: A Plant Medicine Walk by the Water

Start off the month of June by joining Sea Smart and Knowledge Carrier Lorelei Lyons for a Plant Medicine Walk! A variety of Indigenous medicines will be found, and Lorelei will share stories about the river, the trees, the plants and how they have helped people for thousands of years. While learning about these extraordinary plants, we will also be cleaning the ecosystem by picking up any garbage or recycling along the way.
