Ocean Defenders - John Hendry Park (Trout Lake Park)

Calling all ocean experts, it’s o-fish-ally time for Ocean Defenders camp! Come join us for a week-long day camp of nature exploration. Your campers will spend their week outdoors learning about all sorts of fascinating creatures below the waves, and what we can do to protect them! This camp will foster curiosity, creative thinking, and a lifelong connection with our oceans!
Ocean Defenders camp uses fun, hands-on games and activities to teach children about current issues impacting our oceans and how we can help.
Exciting activities may include:
🐾Themed ocean animal days, where campers can dress up as ocean critters
🎣Entanglement tag with fishing nets
♻️ A beach cleanup where campers will learn the 5 R’s of recycling
